OTTOBRE Design 1/2015 - Peplum Jersey tunic/ Jerseytunika, LIANDLO - ASTRONAUTEN rosa - Jersey

here I am yet again after a loooong pause updating my "sewing diary" with some new works of mine. :)

I managed to sew a whole new wardrobe for Freddie (incl boxer shorts ha! :)) and some bits for Alice and her baby doll.

But, first up is this tunic from the January Ottobre magazine. Some time ago I received half a metre of free jersey with astronauts ( LIANDLO - ASTRONAUTEN rosa - Jersey) after placing an order with Waldstürmer.de. So, what better thing to turn it into then this beautiful tunic!

 

I made it a little larger - size 128 instead of 116 so it will fit her for a good while. 

 ... and, I didn't make just one, but also a second one, which is in the wash, so has yet to be photographed. It will come on a later post.
